* An invitation from the program’s new coordinator, PitR alumna (2004), Karolina Czerska Shaw *

eurocultureKarolina Czerska, an alumna from the first cohort of PitR back in 2004, set off for Krakow in the fall of that year to study at Jagiellonian University, specifically the Erasmus Mundus Master of Arts EUROCULTURE program.

There was no leaving “the enchanting city of Krakow once you’ve tasted its culture, its cafes and its unique lifestyle,” she writes. Just completing her PhD, she is now the coordinator of this program and wants more people to know about it, so that other students can taste the life in Krakow, and to experience the student atmosphere in this beautiful and vibrant city.

The coordinating team is composed of a Canadian from Quebec, a Mexican and Czerska, a Polish-Canadian – “an unlikely European team, I know,” Karolina writes. Anyone interested in knowing more about the EUROCULTURE program, please visit its website.
